Terms of Use

By downloading or using Dev Gym, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). Dev Gym is published by Greenvine Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the App on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch and the devgym.app website (together, the “Service”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience; the English version governs.

You may use the App for your own learning on any Apple device signed in to your Apple Account. You may not copy, resell or redistribute its content, or attempt to extract its workouts in bulk. Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach its security or reach data that isn’t yours, and nothing that disrupts it for others.

Dev Gym is free. Every feature of the App is available to everyone, and nothing in it is locked.

3.1 Support Dev Gym

1. The App offers optional tips under Support Dev Gym. Each tip is a one-time, consumable in-app purchase made through Apple.
2. A tip unlocks nothing and changes nothing in the App. Every feature stays available whether or not you tip.
3. Apple processes every tip and its payment, at the price the App Store shows for your region.
4. Tips are non-refundable, except through Apple’s own refund process under Apple’s policies.

Workouts, lessons and explanations are written for practice. They link to Apple’s documentation and WWDC sessions, which remain the authoritative sources. Code samples in the App are for learning and come without warranty. Daily Reads link to articles by other publishers, who are responsible for their own content.

The coach is optional. Its feedback is generated on your device and can be wrong. Every rep also has an authored explanation.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, Greenvine Cloud LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
